AMMAN— INVESTBANK, the most innovative bank in Jordan, won the Cash Rewards award in Jordan presented by the Emerging Markets Payments (EMP), the leading electronic payments processing company in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).

The bank obtained the award as it implemented the best loyalty programme that offers two percent cash back on all credit card transactions.

INVESTBANK received the global award during the Second Annual Payment Acceptance Conference held in Amman recently by EMP during which stakeholders discussed the latest developments in the field of e-payments acceptance.

Muntaser Dawwas, INVESTBANK CEO said: "Winning this global award is in appreciation of the bank's efforts in introducing the best loyalty program to the community as well as new banking solutions and programs that meet the daily needs of our clients, and most importantly, services that benefit them."

He also voiced pride in obtaining this award from EMP, which is a prestigious e-payment company, noting that the bank is building strategies with the most influential global institutions to serve its clients in the most innovative means.

The honoring ceremony was attended by several deputies, senators and CEOs of several banks, where Dawwas said INVESTBANK is keen on providing the latest technologies and advanced banking services that directly benefit clients and ensure their efficient spending.

He added that the bank will continue to provide innovative financing solutions as those services in advanced countries and will always take the clients' needs and privacy in the Jordanian market into account.

The Payment Acceptance Conference was designed to develop a joint vision of creating a community of e-payment, enhancing awareness about e-payments among individuals, local banks and the public sector in the Kingdom.

The event also sought to enhance acceptance of e-payments among merchants and building confidence in the e-payment products as well as transfer the experience and share stories of success within the global marketplace.
